Monocrystalline module pallets and BESS battery enclosures are heavy cargo. Delivery vehicles require wide, clear road access and appropriate heavy forklift unloading gear. Any site delivery constraints (e.g. lack of loading dock) must be declared at the time of quotation so we can book tail-lift carriers.

All supplied equipment carries standard manufacturer warranties that comply with Australian Consumer Law. Alice Spring manages warranty claims through official manufacturer channels, assisting B2B buyers with replacement hardware under warranty guidelines.
