Wholesale Pricing & Locking FAQs
Standard wholesale trade quotes are locked for 30 days. For scheduled project rollouts, we can establish locked-in contract rates for up to 12 months under master agreements.
Pre-approved 30-day commercial accounts are subject to strict prompt payment guidelines, and do not carry interest charges if paid within agreed credit terms.
Minimum order quantities
Trade lines may carry MOQ requirements from manufacturers or freight economics. We communicate MOQ impacts during quotation rather than after order acceptance. Clients consolidating SKUs across categories should note that MOQs apply per line unless otherwise negotiated.
Price validity
Quotations include validity periods reflecting currency, freight, and availability conditions at time of issue. Re-quoting may be required when projects defer purchasing beyond the stated validity window.
Substitutions
Where specified models are unavailable, we may propose equivalent alternatives with documented specification differences. Substitutions require client written acceptance — we do not ship unapproved alternatives on confirmed orders.
